Collaboration with fellow professionals
We have a range of 'professional connections', which is a highly effective pool of resources and contacts that we can use as required to improve our clients overall position. These are professionals we have known and worked with, in most cases for many years.
The range of 'professional connections', include Solicitors, Accountants, Stockbrokers and Surveyors.
Occasionally we are asked to recommend another professional adviser, and although we accept no responsibility for that recommendation, we try to suggest firms and individuals that have not only suitable knowledge but can relate to our clients, not least with genuine empathy, care and understanding.
We count it a huge privilege when a professional firm refers clients to us. However, we have no agreements in place to remunerate any third party, or to be remunerated by any third party. Our fees and charges are transparent and competitive.
The majority of Solicitors and Accountants are not authorised to carry our financial services related advice, and we work with them to provide a comprehensive service for our mutual clients. We use a number of Stockbrokers largely where we have clients with direct equity portfolios gathered over many years, which require bespoke management. We enjoy working with Stockbrokers, particularly those who value the valuable role that a financial planner can play, in providing overall financial planning advice, with inheritance mitigation schemes for example.
